What does Hedging Letter mean?

A document effected in a leveraged finance transaction between the “Agent” or “Arranger” and the “Parent” describing the hedging arrangements to be entered into in respect of the interest rate liabilities and/or the exchange rate risks of the “Borrowers” of the “Term Facilities” or any “Refinancing Term Facilities” and, optionally, the “Mezzanine Facility”.
